Does the job
Having worked with luxury jewellery for the majority of my adult working life, I can say some of the low reviews on here are in my mind due to the users lack of knowledge of the materials they own. This machine serves to CLEAN items, not reverse tarnishing of silver or remedy the plating coming away on costume jewellery. This works. Plated jewellery shouldn't be used in this product and tarnishing of sterling silver requires a specific product for that need. This machine will gently and effectively remove dirt and debris trapped in the nooks and crannies of your jewellery that hands/tools can't reach and it's useful to have in your kit to maintain the lustre of your pieces. Do your due diligence and research what is not suitable for this product.

My jewellery was looking very dirty as I wear it most days, have used the pots of liquid cleaner before and clothes. This beats the lot, my jewellery has never looked this clean like its new and sparkles again. Before and sfter photos doesn't do it justice

Easy to use.
This is easy to use and I’m gradually cleaning all my jewellery. I’m pleased with the results. It’s not too noisy. The product seems a bit pricey although cheaper than taking items to a jewellers.

Didn't work as described
Had to plunge my silver jewellery 4-5 times and it still did not clean them. The machine doesn't efferves once the liquid is in so not sure if this was a mechanical failure or the cleaning liquid is of poor quality. Had silver cleaning solution by the same company years ago and was amazing. This machine was not worth £40 as it did not work as stated so returned for a full refund.
