First watch unusable, replacement watch after a couple of days had problems with charging, un-syncing, forgetting data, changing clock face, crashing, not connecting... absolutely would not recommend at all, worst experience.

Connection issues
I bought this a few weeks ago and it keeps failing connection with the app, I have to reset the watch and reinstall the app every day for it to connect for an hour or two then nothing.

Perfect Product
I bought this as a treat to myself, as I've been wanting it for a while. I could not have asked for a better product. The strap is beautiful and comfortable enough for everyday wear, the screen is easy to use and easy on the eyes, my only bother is that I cannot change the screen brightness and this has woken my other half up during the night, however I no longer wear it overnight so it is not much of an issue.

This watch for the price is very good, the only criticism I have is when it’s paired with a phone the battery drains quickly.

Not what I expected, can only charge for 2 hours at a time battery doesn’t even last a day. Not many functions, screen changes on its own once battery gets low, breathing button doesn’t work, took back for a refund.

Our supplier has advised that the series 5 is compatible with heartrate detection series 3 is not, series 5 allows more message characters, larger screen display and overall design.
