Great product, but . . .
The V10 is definitely better than our old V7 in terms of suction. The manoeuvrability is excellent and the three speeds are more useful. The only slight annoyance is that the green light coming from the rotary head is more of a hindrance than a help, as it essentially makes the surrounding space very dark.

Poor battery life, mediocre suction.
The light on the front highlights dust marvellously . However, when using the machine on medium power, it takes two or three passes to pick up all the dust from hard flooring Moving onto carpets, the machine needs to be on high power mode, this kills the battery within minutes, I can just about vacuum the stairs on one charge, which would be acceptable if I lived in a light house, instead of a two storey house!

Feels like a slight downgrade
I like the multi-floor single head. Like the green light that illuminates dust on hard floors. Suction levels good. Dust bin is on the small side. Feels I bit of a downgrade on my last Dyson but overall it's good.

Had to return this Vacuum, quality and power extremely bad no suction and blows out air like a hairdryer.

Bought this as my previous handheld died and only about 4 years old. This one does the job and although it’s supposed to be an upgraded version of my previous one I’m not greatly impressed. I feel the run time is shorter, suction is weaker and I’m not overly keen on the start/stop button as opposed to the trigger on the handle as it is cumbersome when wanting to start and stop. Pick up is not strong and on hard floors misses lots unless you go back and forth very slowly. I do feel things are getting to be more style over substance these days .

Outstanding sound and noise cancellation
I've been extremely pleased with this vacuum cleaner. The suction power is excellent and easily picks up dust, pet hair, and debris from both carpets and hard floors. It's lightweight, well-balanced, and very easy to manoeuvre around furniture and into tight spaces. The battery runtime is more than adequate for cleaning my home, and the filtration system leaves the air feeling noticeably cleaner. Overall, a well-designed and reliable vacuum that delivers impressive performance.
