Top value & well designed
This is the best loo seat I've installed for absolutely ages ....probably at least ten in the last forty years. Its fittings are well designed (unlike most) and the rigid chrome cross-bar ensures the unit doesn't easily wander about in its securing holes in the WC pan. Plus it's remarkably comfortable and feels warmer than any we've had before. Like most seats, there's nothing really easy about fitting them... You just grit your teeth and get on with it

Simple and effective
I bought this toilet seat to replace a previous soft-closing one that was faulty. The self-closing mechanism on toilet seats is just something you don't need and something to go wrong. For £17 I've got all the toilet seat I need. It's good and seems to fit tight.

Fits perfectly
Very pleased with this item. It’s very sturdy and well made, but the best thing about it is that it is easy to fit and fits my toilet perfectly. Good purchase reasonably priced.

Didn't keep it
Returned it because it looks very fake. I know it's plastic, but the colour just not right. No complaints about the price and fixings. Others have commented re the relatively small size of the hole and sharp edges (ouch!). I didn't remove it from wrapping but can confirm the hole was smaller than current seat.

Does the job
Fitting the seat was easy and straight forward without tools required they are butterfly screws so you can tighten periodically without any tools if required. The finish is to be as expected at the price range. It does the job, hopefully it will last!!

Attractive but care needed when cleaning
We like these, the wood pattern is attractive, they are well made and comfortable. However there is an overall pattern of grooves in the plastic moulding to imitate wood grain. This means care must be taken when cleaning. It would have been easier to clean a smooth surface.

Excellent purchase, toned in well with my new flooring and bathroom cabinets. Good size to fit all lavatory bowls, decent quality fixings included, easy to install and has a helpful range of adjustment for a perfect fit. Love the appearance and slight woody feel to the surface. Simple non-abrasive cleansers are recommended and have had no adverse effects. Seat and cover together are quite chunky and so required maximum use of forward fixing to ensure they would both stand upright. Very pleased with my purchase at a competitive price.
