The Princess Smart Panel Heater is 2000 Watt, features two heat settings, an adjustable thermostat which can be set from 15C and 35C, a 24 hour timer and a child safety lock system. The heater is suitable for rooms up to 25m2 making it ideal for use in your bedroom, home office or living area. Can be used wall mounted or free standing with included stand. Connect the heater to your smartphone via the free Princess Home app and control your heating remotely, even when you are not home.

Awful 'smart' product. Will be returning
Where do I start. It's a bugger to set up, and I'm pretty tech savvy. My partner is iOS, I am android. The app hates this and constantly running error pages and not loading. Lastly, it has a mind of its own and turns on by itself! Not worth the money, will be returning shortly.

Good heater nice features
good heat output and some nice features, app works fine sand really easy not sure people complaining about it. It looks nice, heats up fast and app is good, my only complaint would be minimum heat setting of 15 degrees is too high, I wish it could be lower.

Effective, Good Looking Panel Heater
Heats my medium-to-large sitting room easily, with minimal noise and with no fuss. Setting it up as a smart heater involved downloading the app, and you have to be careful to use the right WiFi Band on your router (2.4GHz). Other than it was straight forward, allows easy control from your phone from including setting up a heating schedule etc.

Silent, effective heat
A smart looking, elegant heater that should fit with almost any style of room decoration. The display is easy to read but dims after you've adjusted the settings so it isn't intrusive even if you lower the lights in the room. This won't warm the space instantly, it takes a while, but it's effective. I have a Victorian house with high ceilings and my reasonably sized living room keeps toasty warm. One of the best features is how quiet this is. Apart from the occasional creak or click as it heats up or cools down the unit is silent. Also useful to have a timer, so I don't have to worry about forgetting to switch off before I go to bed. The only assembly required is attaching the two plastic feet (a cross-head screwdriver is required). The feet aren't very big but the heater is perfectly stable. Overall I'm very pleased. Price is fair considering the quality.

Lack of functionality and clear instructions
Firstly, this heater looks the part, it has a sleek and elegant design that would look good in any room, HOWEVER.... The 'smart' element only works if you manage to link it into the right bandwidth on your router, which is not straight forward, you are asked to download an app that frankly, is nothing short of data mining. It requires permissions to be granted to access just about every aspect of your phone, and although it says these are 'optional' I'd rather not, thanks all the same... Ok so I'll use it manually using the control panel.... which is a guessing game. No clear instructions, and it seemed that no matter what temperature it was set to, it defaulted to 16c. The 'timer' function is just a countdown timer, it is not programmable. I could not find any numbers, or email address for their customer support, but on my reading the leaflet that came with the heater I found this in the safety guidelines. - "The user must not leave the device unattended while it is connected to the supply" so, if like me, you were intending to switch this heater on before you got home, you shouldn't for safety reasons, rendering it pretty much useless/not fit for purpose! I wish I'd done a bit more research before purchasing, as there are lots of unanswered questions the same as mine out there. I returned this to Argos, the refunded without argument.

Yes, this Glass Panel Heater is compatible with Google home/assistant, but first it has to be installed it on it's own App, the Princess Home App. In that App you can find, under the header: "Profile", the relevant options.

The Princess 2kW Smart Glass Panel Heater - Black is a 2kW devicecost to run would depend on your energy supplier tariff / kWh.
If run on highest setting the heater would use 2kW per hour x your tariff.
For example if your supplier kWh charge was 40p this would mean 2 x 40p = 80p per hour to run.
