The supplier has advised the following for the Citizens Men's Eco Drive Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch:
You use the crown on the side of the watch. It’s the "button" on the right side as you look at the watch face.
Pull the crown out to the “time correction position” when the second hand has reached the zero seconds position. (The crown has three positions, one where it’s flat up against the side of the watch body when it’s just working as normal, a middle position where you adjust the date, and the furthest out position where you adjust the time. It’s this furthest position you’d need it to be on here).
Then turn the crown to set the time. The 24-hour hand moves in conjunction with the hour hand. Pay attention to AM and PM when setting the time.
“Securely” return the crown to the normal position, i.e. push it fully back in, once you’ve set the time.
