Too big
We changed my son’s bedroom around the day before his birthday as a surprise and when it came to making up the bed I was shocked to find the mattress didn’t fit the new bed (also Argos). Both were 140x70 however on measuring the mattress is was 72.5 wide. The bed itself is also at fault as that was on the nose for measurements. Surely it should be a touch bigger to allow for a 140x70 mattress! So it had to be returned and another brand bought which made for a stressful day. Even the new mattress wasn’t exact and was a squish but less of a squash to the previous. I’m sure it would have been lovely if it had fit!

Not as described
Mattress arrived swiftly however its depth is only 8 mm despite it clearly stating on the website that it’s 10mm. Communication with Argos was frustrating although they were happy to arrange for a refund. I had to resort to some detective work to get a number for the supplier to be told that they don’t supply 10 mm mattresses to Argos. The whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time in the end. Sourced a mattress elsewhere.
