I've been drinking it for a while now and haven't benefited from it because it doesn't work well, even though I followed all the steps the manufacturer provided. It doesn't work well; I don't recommend it.

Having a traditional upper arm "cuff" type myself wanted something a bit more user friendly for my daughter to monitor her BP, and that she'd not find a chore to use. This is VERY compact, takes up next to no storage space, is easy to use, and most importantly, accurate. Comes with easy to follow instructions in REAL English which should be followed, especially in regard to arm positioning. Recommended

I bought this as my arm felt too sensitive for the crushing cuff of a conventional BP monitor. This was quieter, more compact yet as efficient as a 'crushing' one...
