It’s a toss of a coin if it works
After reading reviews I knew this would be a gamble. That’s not to say I didn’t do my homework first. I checked the freeview signal checker website and eventually was pointed to one for all’s website. This aerial was in a list of about 6 different models what where recommended to me. The instructions show the ideal set up of having your tv right next to a window, mine isn’t. It’s on the wall in the kitchen. The closest window is about 4meters away, (if I have the cable stretched out across the room.) Obviously not ideal. Also there is only a limited amount of wire. So even if it did work I’d have to purchase more stuff to make it look neat and tidy. But if I was going to have cables running all around my kitchen I might aswell have used the aerial on my roof. Took back to Argos no problem for a full refund.

Good Reception
Paid a bit more than initially wanted, but glad I did. I read the reviews. This actually works. It also looks nice and blends into the background unlike the ugly ones

Could not get it to work
Brought this for dad to try to improve the signal to his tv whilst he was in community hospital. Which inexplicably used to fail at same time each day However we couldn't get it to work and gave no signal at all.

Didn’t hold signal
Easy to install, got great signal strength & 200 channels but useless when it rained or was stormy. Signal would drop to 0% for no reason then come back seconds later & then drop again. Returned item & got refund.
