Well made good value
This is well made, appears to be aluminium, it’s certainly not cheap flimsy material like some usb hubs. I’m only connecting keyboard and mouse and Bluetooth singles etc but it’s working great, no issues.

Needed more usb connections
Purchased this to expand my usb ports on my Lenovo All in One, as the usb ports on the rear of the machine are insufficient. Works a treat with my DVD external drive- Lenovo is lacking a Disk Drive as well as not enough USB ports !!! The connecting lead is very short, so have left it hanging from rear of machine- could do with at least double the length lead for an easy connection.

An excellent small device for charging multiple items and is also handy to put in pocket or handbag so can be taken anywhere. I have found it to be very useful in charging my iPhone, Laptop etc. all at the same time. What a great price from Argos.

“ This device has been developed for use with PC/Laptop with Windows/Mac Os and Chrome OS.
It hasn't been tested with consoles and we can't confirm the compatibility. ”

I definitely do not recommend that. This is a passive hub, and USB 2.0 only. To connect a hard drive you will need at least USB 3.0 spec for data speed, and you will need one that has its own mains power supply.
