Best toothbrush ever
Tried this just once and honestly, I’m impressed! My teeth have never felt this clean. I had a little buildup on my back teeth, and after using it, they felt so much cleaner. Didn’t expect such a difference after one use! Definitely recommend it! 🦷✨

Great toothbrush, terrible finish
I really wanted to love this toothbrush. My husband bought me the iridescent purple Supersonic for Christmas, and while the toothbrush itself works well, the pearlescent coating on the handle is disgusting. The handle repeatedly becomes extremely sticky and tacky, almost like the plastic or coating is breaking down. I have thoroughly cleaned it numerous times thinking it was residue from normal use, but the stickiness just comes right back. At this point, it’s unpleasant to even hold. What really bothers me is that I came here and found other customers describing the exact same problem with the pearlescent finish—sticky handles and the coating coming off. So clearly this isn’t just something I did to mine. For a product that lives in your bathroom, goes in your mouth, and is handled twice a day, having an exterior material that seems to degrade like this is pretty unacceptable. And after reading other reviews, I’m not particularly encouraged by how these complaints appear to have been handled. The actual toothbrush is good. The finish is not. I would absolutely not recommend buying one of the pearlescent/iridescent colors unless Ordo fixes whatever is causing the coating to break down. 1 star for the finish/material quality. A toothbrush at this price should not feel gross to touch less than a year after purchase.

Best buy Toothbrush and case
One of the best things I've bought. Cleans my teeth very well,doesn't hurt my gums, doesn't wear the brush heads quickly and charge last me over 2 months. I've also got the case which is excellent for travelling as it's also a charger which plugs into your phone charger

Great until its not
Great toothbrush and recently bought some new heads as they were on offer and expensive - suddenly my toothbrush has stopped working/charging I emailed asking if this was normal and if they had a shelf life to which they replied no they are meant to last years yet they wont replace or investigate any further as I dont have a reciept - despite this large claim….. I understand just kinda disappointed.

A good purchase
I’m glad I bought this primarily for when I’m travelling. When I’ve the money to spare I’ll get one for home. It’s very quiet. Teeth feel really clean. I use it mostly on the clean and white settings but could see me doing a gum massage from time to time.

Bit strange to use at first but....
The tooth brush is great to use feels good in my hand and I absolutely live the purple colour. Feels really strange to use at first but hasn't taken to long to get used to the feel on my teeth, gums and lips. The brush head works really well my teeth have never felt so clean. Would really recommend to anyone. Have even brought the blue sonic+ for my boyfriend 😄

The charger it isn’t a tight fitting, it does go in loosely and can wobble a bit. It does have to be charged for 16 hours though. When the toothbrush needs charging again, it will indicate this by flashing red.

Whilst some brush heads from other brands may fit our brush, I can't say for sure which would work and therefore, unfortunately, I cannot advise on this. For this reason, we do not recommend using brush heads from other companies as they may not fit correctly.
Our brush heads are made specifically for our handles and so we would always recommend using them with our brushes. We sell brush heads in colours to match your brush and they can be purchased as a single item.
