Quite flimsy
I bought these to hold some gardening supplies. As they were on offer I bought two. Putting them together was a bit tricky as the parts are not labelled but after a bit of perseverance and many handling and bending the plastic I managed to click them together. Don't store heavyweight items as the plastic will crack if the items are dropped on it.

"They haven’t been tested for every weather condition unfortunately."
As they're plastic, it is possible they'd be OK but, in the absence of any confirming testing and with them being intended for indoor use really, we'd have to say that they're not likely to be suitable.
