Bought these this week to replace old different sized cardboard boxes that sagged when stacked. These are a great size and hold a really good amount of goods. The lids click on to the boxes, you should just be able to press the lid on for it to shut closed.
They have a click slot on each end of the lid.
I hope that describes it ok for you.
If your ones don’t do that, return them as they must be faulty.
