"Yes ,it can be used in bay window but it must be a pole that can be passed through."

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Double Voile Unlined Sheer Curtain - Natural: Yes you can iron the voile but you need to adjust the iron to it's lowest temperature, this would be 110℃.
