Great simple but not 100% silent clock!
I bought this a month ago and overall I'm very happy. The clock looks good, feels good (with the glass and metal) and works as expected—nothing fancy but just right. As a light sleeper, I wanted a clock with a backlight that wouldn't be too bright and with minimal sound. While it mostly meets both aspects, it's worth noting (for extra light sleepers) that the unit is not entirely silent but in fact gives off a very quiet noise (it is a machine after all). To be clear though, for most people, the sound is virtually silent. It's not a complaint, but a comment for those searching for a properly silent analogue clock.

Great alarm
Very easy and straight-forward alarm. Has a light button for the dark and the alarm goes off a couple of times and increases in volume if ignored. Recommend it

This is a lovely clock. It is very quiet and pretty. Traditional in looks with a modern finish. I has kept good time. The only thing it does not have a second hand. Apart from that it is a good buy and I would recommend

The supplier has advised the Acctim Fossen Metal Alarm Clock has a snooze ring and is goes for as many times as you press the snooze button. You can turn off snooze as soon you turn off the alarm.

It might not be exactly precise but if you set the alarm hand between the 2 and 3 for example, the alarm should sound at roughly half past the hour.
