This was a lovely looking clock, but seemed gold than champagne coloured in reality. It did not look good in my kitchen where everything is silver, so I returned it. It definitely looked a different colour to the picture. If you are happy with gold, it would be a nice clock.

Lovely clock that was well packaged and just what I was after. I noticed other reviewers have said the box was open at the front but this has now been changed. All good and very pleased.

Looks lovely in the kitchen. The numbers are very clear and easy to read. However, the gold coloured hands can be difficult to see clearly, unless I am fairly near to the clock. They might have been better if painted black.

Bought for living room, put batteries in and it seemed to be working fine, so I hung it on the wall. All seemed ok until the second hand tried going up hill, every time the second hand tried climbing between the 8 and the 11 the hand would drop about 5 seconds and try again and drop again. By the time it gathered enough strength to make it to the 12 the clock had lost about 2 minutes.

Love the clock..Packaging terrible....No front surface protection for transit and the box had no lid. The front facing surface of the metal surround is badly scratched...pity!

Hello Sue,
I can confirm that the Acctim Northfield Wall Clock - Champange has a Champagne coloured rim to match the numerals and hands.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Acctim Northfield Wall Clock - Champange: The Northfield wall clock has a quartz movement, the seconds hand 'ticks' round the dial making an audible sound (a slight ticking sound).
