I bought these filters for the first time two weeks ago and have been impressed with how they operate. They fit very well into a Brita filter jug (with enclosed adaptor) They are cheap to buy and the most impressive thing about them is the speed with which they filter the water, much faster than any others I have used. The filtered water also tastes very good.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Aqua Optima Evolve Plus Water Filter Cartridges - Pack of 3.
The recommended replacement is once a month or after filtering up to 100 litres of water. For our newer filters, it's once a month or up to 150 litres. The specific usage limit will be clearly stated on both the box and the filter bag.
