I got this 6 months ago . It’s aesthetic . Does th job . Very helpful in defrosting apart from the usual microwave stuff . It has good modes to change the heating . The only disadvantage is that the knob being a knob is slippery when hands are wet -ish or oily . So need super clean hands to operate . All in all a good buy
