The pocket-sized Garmin Dash Cam 47 with voice control offers discreet eyewitness incident detection in 1080p HD video for vehicles on the road or parked. With its wide 140-degree viewing angle and Garmin Clarity HDR optics, the camera captures crisp details in day or night lighting conditions. It uses GPS data to pinpoint where and when events occurred. And saved incident footage is automatically uploaded to the secure Garmin cloud Video Vault for future use. Easily access the camera remotely for live-view monitoring on your phone.
For added security, the Parking Guard function will record and send a video clip to your phone if your parked vehicle is hit or broken into. Helpful driver alerts, such as forward collision, lane departure warnings, and safety camera alerts encourage safer driving.
Voice control lets you use spoken commands to save video, start/stop audio recording, take still pictures and more. Access a live view from your dash cam, so you're always in touch with your vehicle.

Good performance, decent price
Easy to fit and lots of useful features. The app takes a bit of getting used to but I got the basics sorted out fairly quickly. Using it to make travel videos, one small irritating factor is that it records in one minute segments which I have to join together. Perhaps they all do that? It can be done with free programs on the net but it's a bit of a pain . Recommended overall however.

Great compact dashcam with handy automatic warnings and reminders. Shame it needs permanent supply for parked incidents rather than a sleep mode that activates in an incident whilst working off the camera battery. But, all in all a great camera.

I am very happy with is dash cam as it does what I bought it for But beware the link to what SD card what is attached to the dash camera is the wrong one because you may think it is the right one and it's not I click on it and bought it so when opened on refund you need a sd micro card

Very easy to fit. Image quality is very clear in both day time and night time conditions. Links up wirelessly to the Garmin Drive app (app is free ) on Android, which updates weekly the speed, red light, etc camera's. Garmin also offers an extended online storage for a subscription fee, though just stick with the free version and download the footage to your computer instead if required. The speed camera's etc can also be updated using the Garmin Express app too if required. I like the features of this dash cam and easy to set up. Highly recommend.

The camera is good, as expected - however the Argos recommendations are not smart, it recommended a non-compatible memory card. Do not believe them.
