This is a good microwave as far as heating up food is concerned. It is small for small kitchens. However it does tend to slide forward when I try to open the door and the dials are not easy to set I tend to use a rubber glove to grip.

30cm clearance above the oven.
10cm at the rear of the oven.

W31.5, D29.7cm. Looking at the 11inch wide converted to cm it is 27.94 cm so this should rotate.

I measured it at just over 7 inches or 18 cm ... from top to bottom ..there is enough over to accommodate the plate and take those measurements as reliable space ....

Mines got 10" plate in it.
I've found this microwave to be a bit small to be honest . A lot smaller than my old Sharp. I have just tried with a 11 inch plate and it does turn so my answer would be yes to a 10 inch plate .
