Dials hardly turned. Feel it wouldn't last long.
Returned straight away. The dial wouldn't turn and it is extremely flimsy - almost like a toy - compared to the Brabantia one I have had for years. It's a nice colour, but style over substance. I didn't feel it was good quality or that it would last, so got a refund.

W31.5, D29.7cm. Looking at the 11inch wide converted to cm it is 27.94 cm so this should rotate.

I measured it at just over 7 inches or 18 cm ... from top to bottom ..there is enough over to accommodate the plate and take those measurements as reliable space ....
