Does work and better than other product used
Skeptical purchase as another product I used didn't achieve results at all. This product does work to manage fine hair fuzz, but doesn't work on stronger hairs, and in particular around the chin. I still need to pluck these out. I have used now several times: it doesn't hurt or burn your face and didn't leave me with a rash or red patches. You do need to practice at maintaining the correct angle to achieve the desired result. Corners are difficult and around my wrinkled areas too. I am pleased that I bought this item and wish I had done so in the first place and a long time ago. I can see a big improvement and my makeup goes on far better.

Just as good as the old one.
We bought this item for my wife to replace her existing No.No. Micro Hair Removal System. The previous one had been extremely reliable and has lasted about ten years and was only now showing signs of the rechargeable battery loosing its power. So, based on that experienced we chose the same model No.No.

I bought the cheaper Mini, as having read lots of negative reviews, I didn’t want to waste too much money! The reviews I read are right about the smell of burnin when you use the No! No!, but I always shower straight away, which gets rid of most of the smell and you do get used to it after a week or two. I mainly bought this as it works on all skin tones and hair colour, so many products do not work on white or grey hair! This is NOT permanent hair removal, but it does help with preventing hair regrowth. I found it makes sensitive areas, e.g. on top lip or around mouth quite sore, but the feeling does fade quickly. For me, the ‘jury is still out’ but I will persevere!
