A little pricey but it works for me
Second one I've bought. Previous one gave good enough service to convince me to repeat the buy. I have an ageing 17" laptop, and it fits a treat. Not all that cheap for what you get, but it saves making one. ;0] You must expect the polystyrene balls, used for padding, to go flat after a while :0[

This is an elegant comfortable tray with lots of useful functions. I would have loved to use it but it's too wide for my recliner armchair arm span. The carrying handle is a brilliant addition.

Light and Stable
Recently bought this as was unwell and needed to work from bed. It's very light and comfortable to use with two long slender soft cushions running width wise underneath the tray, one at the top and one at the bottom and so it is very stable. There is a soft pad to the right of the tray for either a mouse or to lay your phone and also a built in phone stand. In addition the tray also has a carry handle so it's very easy to move around. Good product and would recommend.

The pads and the phone stand are in a fixed position and not able to be moved. If you flip It around you will not be able to use the phone stand properly.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Ingenious Desk Lap Tray: Measurements are roughly: Width: 12 cm and Length: 22 cm. The mouse mat is embedded and cannot be removed.

I can see this is made for the mouse to sit on the right and the laptop on the left, however you could use this left handed if you turn it around but would then be unable to use the phone holder.
