I bought this because I spilt a bottle of water over the backseat of my car. It picked up crumbs perfectly well but not even a dribble of water was in the container, so I returned it and got a refund. Perfect as a dry hoover for general car mess but not good as a wet hoover.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hilka 12V Corded Wet and Dry Car Vacuum Cleaner: We do not have a published KPA rating for the product but the power is 120 W which is suitable for most non commercial uses.
