Always wanted a Kenwood Mixer and it has not disappointed, having scales built in is an extra bonus, nice and neat but most of all a great mixer.

Amazing stand mixer
I brought this a few weeks ago, as my other mixer broke. I have never had a kenwood and wasn't sure if it would be as good as my kitchen aid, but I have found it to be so much better. The scales and time are really handy extras and the plastic lid keeps the icing sugar/flour in the bowl and not all over my kitchen. Its a great machine for any baker and I would definitely recommend

Compatible with all our old attachments
We bought this as a replacement for our old Kenwood which had served us well for over 40 years. It is compatible with all the attachments that we already had from our old model so we were well pleased. It's quieter than the old one and with the built in scales it is easy to weigh directly into the bowl.

Great mixer.
I bought this as I have other products by Kenwood & know their gadgets to be reliable. So was not surprised at all to find out what a good mixer this is. This is the first that I have owned. I am used to preparing cakes, bread & pastry by hand. But what a game changer this is. It blends, beats & folds mixtures with ease. I love the built in scales, as it does away with the need for several bowls. The splash guard with the flap allowing you to add ingredients as you are mixing is a brilliant idea. I'm pleased that you have the option to add other gadgets like mincers & pasta makers to the machine. Yes it is quite heavy & takes up a lot of space on your countertop , but overall it's a sturdy machine.

Perfect replacement for our 50 year old model
This is a perfect replacement for our trusty 50 year old Kenwood. Stylish and very little noise compared to the original. Like the built in scales which is very accurate as long as you are aware that placing a hand anywhere on the machine will cause it to measure. Splash guard is useful too. A good buy and available to collect as promised.

The Kenwood KVC65.001WH Chef Baker Stand Mixer - White does have a "Count Up" timer.
During operation the display screen will automatically operate as a count up timer. The timer will count up to 30 minutes and will pause (for up to 30 secs) when ever the speed control is turned to the 'O' position. To reset the timer to zero when the machine is running press the ON/ ZERO button.
