Sadly no I cant unzip it completely.
I dont think you can use it as a liner. I just unzip it completely but still attached and chuck it underneath in the basket

Whilst Argos have confirmed that you can detach the and use as just a liner! Did you have any success in detaching the liner from the foot part. I cant detach the zipper
