Great product
Easy to set up. It has eased pain in my arm/hand already after just a week. The design is sleek and it looks professional.

Super easy set up. Took about a day to get used to typing but now am as fast as I was with a normal keyboard. Weird bonus, my neck and shoulder ache have gone, linked?

Brilliant keyboard!!
I bought this keyboard as I've got repetitive strain injury. I'd read the reviews and this keyboard was highly recommended. It's worth paying the money as it's greatly reduced the pain I was in

Best ergo keyboard I have used
I really liked the Microsoft sculpt, but have had two , each only lasting about 2.5years. so I wanted an alternative This is much better than the sculpt, is all in one piece, and has superb action. A joy to type on and a good way of avoiding RSI. I have grown used to a separate keypad on my previous setup, but the attached keypad is well laid out and easy to use. No lamps to indicate the state of the locks keys, and unlike other competitors no on-screen indication to compensate. Otherwise superb Lost one star for the price and lack of lock indicators.

Basically excellent, could be improved
I went from a flat MX Keys keyboard to this, to relieve wrist pain from typing. It's very similar to the MX Keys except there's no backlight, and it takes regular AAA batteries rather than being rechargeable. These two facts make sense together - the battery life will likely be excellent. The keys of the K860 feel similar to the MX Keys; it's all quite familiar and it has connected well to three devices - work PC via Bluetooth, personal mac via bluetooth, xbox via USB. Highly reliable. It's taking a while to get used to the split design, as expected. The first week was tough but it started getting easier from there. Only gripes: No backlight, and the cost. Logitech stuff is expensive, we know, but it just feels unpleasant to pay nearly £100 for a keyboard.

Easily the best ergo keyboard in this price range
I use a Dygma Raise most of the time but really needed a wireless solution that allowed me to easily switch between multiple devices. Instead of purchasing a new wireless Raise or Defy for several hundred pounds, I decided this was the next best thing (I actually owned this keyboard about 5 years ago and gifted it to my sister - she still uses it every day). The K860 feels nice to type on, I enjoy it despite being a membrane and not switches. The shape is pleasant on the wrists and the cushion is comfortable. I have to knock off a star for two reasons: 1) The lack of customisation in keys. The official software lets you do minimal customisation, but for a pathetically small amount of keys. At the very least it should let you customise the space bar, it is cut in half but both sides do the exact same thing. At least let me use one of the two space bar keys as the Enter button or something. 2) The cushion is not detachable. This means once it has been worn out, you need to do some weird DIY on it to fix, as opposed to buying another replacement from Logitech and sticking it on. Other than those two points above, it’s a thoroughly great experience with loads of benefits and well worth the money.

Excellent ergonomic keyboard from Logitech
This is the second K860 Wireless keyboard I have purchased to have one at home and at work. Functionality is good, it is reliable and the dimensions are neat, unlike some of the larger ergonomic options. It is quiet, easy to use and just what I need with a tendency to RSI. I can highly recommend this keyboard. Plus the speed of availability from Argos
