Very happy with this purchase. I was a little dubious about the auto heat facility, but working out fine so far. It's on the heavy side for an iron, but I prefer a bit of weight as there's less pressure needed when ironing. Good long lead and steams well.

The auto temperature feature seems to work well and my only gripe is how heavy it weighs. It is quite heavy and after doing a few items you begin to notice it! Would I recommend it? Yes I would but take the weight into account

Excellent Product!!!
This iron is brilliant. Although heavier than other models it just glides through any material leaving a fine finish and especially when creasing a garment. The steam button sends out a powerful burst making ironing effortless. It also has a long lead which is very handy. Would definitely recommend!!!

Heavier but irons well
We bought this before Christmas to replace Bosch iron. It is heavier than the Bosch but irons better as a result of the extra weight. So far, a good replacement.

Best iron I have bought
I hate ironing but this one makes it a little bit easier. Weight is good, so all you need to do is glide it over the fabric. Best iron I’ve had yet. Hopefully it lasts as it wasn’t cheap. Intelligent heat settings are great, no more burning.

Yes you can. But we recommend using deionised, Distilled or demineralised water. Which is important for the life span of your iron particularly in hard water areas.
