Really pleased with my purchase lovely design my last toaster was morphy richards lasted along time and needed to replace.

Had to return it. The slots were not long enough. Why do manufactures never give you the length of the slots? How can I give it any stars when I have not used it. The only reason they are all 1 stars is because I have to give a star rating to be able to send the report!

WHY THE BLACK CABLE ON A WHITE TOASTER?
This a good toaster, but would be much better with a white cable and white plug. For some strange reason it has a black cable and plug!

The toaster is too small for regular sized bread. The slice of bread sticks out the top and does not get toasted.
Only the manufacturer can say for certain why they decided to produce a toaster that is too small for a normal slice of bread.

All sorts of bread can be used as well as teacakes, small rolls etc. Slices should not however be so thick as to cause burning or jamming within the Bread Slots

"All our products are in full compliance with the REACH directive (directive 1907/2006/EC) for substances of very high concern. This means they either have no BPA or very tiny traces that are within the directive's allowed tolerance."
