Very poor, under powered, takes too long to heat up then doesn't maintain heat, had to finish off dishes in conventional oven, tried roasting, slow cooking and searing! Overall regret wasting money.

One of the best purchases I’ve made
Brought the multi cooker to replace a similar item that had broken. I didn’t expect it to be be so useful. We use it more or less every day and it’s so easy to use and even easier to clean. It’s a really good size but not too big that it’s difficult to store.

Really Good Quality
This is replacing our previous 3.5ltr ceramic slow cooker. I have found this Russell Hobbs multicooker amazing and giving excellent results both for slow cooking, searing, and steaming. After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Russell Hobbs Good To Go 6.5L Electric Multi Cooker 28270: As states in the user manual, these are the steps on how to clean the Multicooker:
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning or storing away.
Remove the control panel and wipe it with a damp cloth.
DO NOT immerse the control panel in water or any other liquid.
The cooking pot and glass lid can be cleaned in the dishwasher, or handwashed in warm soapy water.
Allow to dry thoroughly before storing.
• Don’t use harsh or abrasive cleaners, solvents, cleaning brushes, wire wool, or soap pads.
If the above mentioned are followed the washing procedure should not affect the long term connection to the function panel.

For the low setting, the default cooking time is 8 hours and for the high
setting the default time is 4 hours. To adjust the cooking time, use the up and down buttons. The maximum cooking time is 20hrs.
