Doesn't seem to work properly!
Only used it twice, both times it's failed in that the food wasn't cooked despite 5 & 6 hours on slow cook mode, there just doesn't seem to be enough heat generated. Also it says it's dishwasher safe but I don't see how as the part that plugs into the base & the element are exposed. Sadly I declined the extra insurance offered, if it didn't heat up, I guess they know it's an issue!
