I brought this a few months back while away as the room had no blinds and was letting in a lot of light so my little lady wouldn’t settle and then be up with the sun. This was a godsend and helped loads

Baby finally napping longer
I recently moved house and so don’t have blinds installed. Blackout curtains and shutters don’t provide the level of darkness my baby needed it turns out. I was skeptical that they needed a really dark room but after only managing to get 30 mins out of her yet her sleeping so well during the night, I thought I’d give these a try. Her nap time is now so much longer. Tried taking them off and her nap time was short again. So confident it is causation not correlation! Ordered some more to take on holiday or to my parents with us.

We used this to put up in our spare room in our new house when we had guests and hadn’t fitted blinds yet! It was great, truly, it stopped us from fitting something we didn’t want just because we had to rush for our guests. It basically gave the room a whole blackout effect and we removed when they left. Just what I needed!
I bought this black out blind not too long ago and have been contemplating whether to get it or not before that for a LONG TIME and I don’t know why, it’s literally so perfect for my kids bedroom as the sun sets on their side of our place. It does the trick and really helps my kids stay asleep as they’re early sleepers (5:30/6pm bedtime so sun is still BEAMING)

Did the job
As it is very light early morning and has also been very warm I purchased the larger sized blackout blind for the main bedroom. It hasn't made the room much cooler but has definitely helped with the light

Great black out option
Works exactly as expected. If you don’t buy it up to edge some light can creep through but that’s to be expected with something that suctions on to the window. It’s great to transport to places and works wonders during summer when it’s light at night and early morning. My only comment would be if they made the suction cups slightly smaller they could stick to a upvc frame which would block even more light out.

The Tommee Tippee Portable Black Out Blind Extra Large is a black out blind and although it is not designed to keep heat out it will help with keeping the temperature in the room down slightly when in use.

The Tommee Tippee Portable Black Out Blind Extra Large can fit areas 130 x 190cm. It can be hung side ways if the area measures 190 x 130cm and can fit areas smaller than this space by adjusting the sides.
