About this product
Early mornings and lighter evenings can throw off even a solid sleep routine. This portable blackout blind sticks to any window using suction cups fitted all the way round the edge, creating a completely dark room wherever you are (visiting family, on holiday, or just tackling those long summer evenings at home). It adjusts to fit different window sizes, or folds down to around a third of its full size for smaller panes. When you're done, it pops off, folds flat into its travel bag, and it's light enough to pack easily.
The suction cups grip firmly to glass, blocking out light from all sides without needing brackets or adhesive. You can adjust the fastenings to shrink or stretch the blind to match your window, so it works in different rooms or on different trips. It's machine washable, which helps when it picks up dust or sticky fingerprints. The compact fold and included bag make it easy to pack in a suitcase or changing bag, ready for wherever naps and bedtimes happen.

Disappointing Overall
Blind measures smaller than advertised. Sticks to the window rather than the window frame so lets light through the sides & top. Some suction caps don't stick well. When it's very sunny & warm, it has a burning rubber smell. Good that you can easily take it down & transport it in a bag for travelling. However, overall disappointing. Black wheelie bin liners over the windows at night work better.

I bought this blind about a month ago, and I'm very satisfied! It's good quality, and besides making my children's room completely dark, it also insulates against the cold.

Great temporary solution / for travelling.
š What it does well 1. Actually blocks light (mostly) The material is genuinely blackout-grade and can make a room very dark, even during daytime naps. 2. Very portable and travel-friendly Folds down small and comes with a travel bag, making it easy to take on holidays or move between rooms. Works well for renters or temporary setups since thereās no drilling. 3. Adjustable size The large version (up to ~130 Ć 198 cm) can be resized using Velcro, so it fits different windows. 4. Quick installation (in theory) Suction cups stick directly to glass, so no tools are needed. š Where it falls short 1. Suction cups can be unreliable This is the biggest complaint: they can lose grip and fall off, especially on certain window types or if not perfectly clean. 2. Not a perfect blackout You often get light leakage around the edges, especially if the fit isnāt exact. Itās āvery dark,ā not pitch black in all setups. 3. Does what it says on the tin
We bought this for our newborn to help with daytime napping in his next to me cot. It blacks out all the light but the suckers donāt always stick as well and need to be put up again particularly the top right hand side. Iām sure it would help with daytime napping if our son actually would go down in his cot but he does not, mummyās arms are better along with his pram

Great Blackout Blind
Great transportable Blackout blind. I use velcro attachments on my window as it secures better and stays on place as oppose to using the suction cups. I also use this when travelling to keep my little boy asleep in the lighter months. Great product.

Greatest thing ever for kids
Excellent quality and great value for the money, it was for my grandson, he can't sleep without seeing star's, my daughter recently moved from a flat that had star's painted on the ceiling,, he's happy as a bug in a rug ,thanks Seamus Rice

I brought this a few months back while away as the room had no blinds and was letting in a lot of light so my little lady wouldnāt settle and then be up with the sun. This was a godsend and helped loads

Baby finally napping longer
I recently moved house and so donāt have blinds installed. Blackout curtains and shutters donāt provide the level of darkness my baby needed it turns out. I was skeptical that they needed a really dark room but after only managing to get 30 mins out of her yet her sleeping so well during the night, I thought Iād give these a try. Her nap time is now so much longer. Tried taking them off and her nap time was short again. So confident it is causation not correlation! Ordered some more to take on holiday or to my parents with us.

We used this to put up in our spare room in our new house when we had guests and hadnāt fitted blinds yet! It was great, truly, it stopped us from fitting something we didnāt want just because we had to rush for our guests. It basically gave the room a whole blackout effect and we removed when they left. The Tommee Tippee Portable Black Out Blind Extra Large can fit areas 130 x 190cm. It can be hung side ways if the area measures 190 x 130cm and can fit areas smaller than this space by adjusting the sides.
