Valve broke during cleaning
I was cleaning the pump using a bottle brush, then went to use the pump and realised the valve had ripped while cleaning and so was no longer usable.

Bought this as a first pump, lasted 1 day before the silicone insert has warped out of shape and allowed milk to leak under the seal, for the amount of time used also didn't produce much milk

Fine for infrequent / emergency use
Bought to take to work once a week and pump once or twice in the day in order to keep supply/ not become engorged. Make sure you position correctly and lean forward slightly or the milk will leak out. Make sure not too lose the small valve when washing & sterilising as it’s easy to do so and won’t work without it. I’d say it’s fine for emergency use or infrequent use.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Nuby Single Manual Breast Pump:
Our breast pumps have a “one size fits all” breast shield which is suitable for all shapes and sizes. The breast shield cushions measure 90mm across, the opening in the centre of the cushions are 28mm across and are made from soft comfy silicone. This pump cannot be used with different-sized shields as the silicone cushions are made to slot into the one-piece plastic horns and have silicone valves which needs to be positioned correctly in place.
