Lovely quality rug
This rug is lovely and chunky with quite a loose weave. It is perfect in the kitchen under some accent chairs

Attractive natural fibre rug
Very happy with it. I got it for my bedroom, but haven't finished sanding my floor yet, so put it down in the living room for now. People need to be prepared for it to look a bit rough, but that's the nature of jute. It's made from natural fibres, which can be a bit nobbly and uneven. The weave - and therefore the rug itself - is quite thick. I like natural materials, so am happy with its uneven texture and colour. I was worried my two cats would claw it and ruin it, but so far haven't done so. I bought two, to keep one as a spare, as the price was reasonable.

Great quality but too much movement
Great quality but ultimately too much movement underfoot, and was to be placed in high traffic area.

This rug did not match up to the photo or description in my opinion. The weave was open, loose and chunky, giving it a rather untidy and lumpy overall appearance. Unfortunately I had to return but customer service was very efficient.

I can advise the following for the Jute Flatweave Rug - Natural - 140x200cm:
This doesn't have a backing for non slip. In terms of a smell this would be subjective, however jute does have a slight smell, but it is washed before being made into the rug.
