Made in Italy, the Ontario oak 40 x 50cm picture frame is a clean-lined, contemporary design that can be hung portrait or landscape. Designed by and exclusive to Habitat, the solid wood frame has a natural, unoiled finish and is available in a variety of sizes, and in matt black or white lacquered wood. The frame sits 1.5cm from the wall and the width of the frame is 2cm.

I bought these white frames for my artwork which is about to take part in an exhibition. They are glass-glazed and are a simple design - so doesn't take away from my photographic images.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago to frame a photo I already had. The photo had a very solid mount so the frame didn't fit it. It will probably only take a very thin poster.

Great but not glass
Bought these 4 smaller frames, all arrived on time and undamaged. Great looking frames, sturdy, just the right thickness. Was disappointed that they had acrylic sheets instead of glass. It says glass on the box. But they're very light and easy to hang.

Excellent quality would buy again
I bought this for a 20 x 16inch photograph which was a gift for Christmas. The frame and glass (Yes real Glass) and frame were well made and Good quality. I cannot fault anything about it. It’s lots of options for which way you wanted to hang. Would buy again and already got other items from the Habitat range.

Very good quality frames. Well finished and well packaged.

Good quality wood frame and glass. Tight mitres at the corners. Manageable weight for hanging. Insert is paper and would, instead, benefit from white card to form a backing for anything not needing a supplementary mount. Had to source one myself .
