Not too convinced.
I bought this 2 months ago, but the it now continues to remain at the strongest setting and hence for sensitive areas it can't be used s it hurts a bit. For areas such as underarms, knees that don't have a straight surface, it gets difficult to apply, as the roller runs based on straight/ smooth surfaces. After 2 months, i am not sure i can see the results. Note I have had professional laser done years ago and bought this for a top up for some areas.

Perseverance Pays Off
I bought this a few weeks ago. I wanted a permanent hair removal device one that gets rid of grey hair. After searching online for months I decided on the NO!NO! as it promises to get rid of all hair, including grey & it's suitable for all skin tones. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I've finally seen a difference. The device is very easy to use, the design is great too. When you are using it, be sure to go over the same area several times. You will smell the hair burning, but there was no pain. Make sure your skin is clean of oils/moisturisers before use. You need to use it consistently. I use mine everyday for now. I have seen a difference. I think it works well for small facial areas e.g. upper lip. If you persevere you will see results.

Works but expensive replacement parts
I bought this in May and used as recommended. The device is easy to use and the charge lasts for a good amount of time. After about 6 weeks of use the large thermicon tip snapped and was no lonher usable. The instructions state you get about 2.5 hours total out of each tip so this was probably about right. The issue is if this is used ongoing, the thermicon tips are quite expensive to replace. They are also no sold by argos and i could only find genuine parts on Amazon and the NoNo website. 3 large thermicon tips cost around £45 which works out around £15 each. Plus they are not readily available hence why I am giving this product 3 stars. Overall I would suggest buying if you are willing to pay the replacement part cost ongoing. The product does actually reduce hair growth if used as recommended.

Our supplier has advised the following for the no!no! PRO Hair Removal System -
'The process of the Thermicon technology works by Heat transference to permanently alter the growth pattern of each follicle resulting in slower and weaker hair growth over time.
Thermicon sends a heat message down to the root of the hair -the hair needs to be in the growth (anagen) phase for the damage to the root to be exact and hair growth is generally in 3 different phases at any one time. It is a long-lasting hair growth reduction process and regular use of the device is needed over 8-12 weeks. Consistency is KEY.
Most of our customers say that with regular use they only need to do touch ups after using the device for 6 months'

The NoNo PRO should not be used on the eyebrows or around the eyes, as its technology is unsuitable for these delicate areas.

"IPL devices generally do not work on grey hair because the hair lacks the melanin pigment that IPL targets to destroy the hair follicle, meaning it cannot effectively heat up and damage the follicle to prevent future growth.
The NONO Pro and Micro use a different technology which means they both can target grey hair effectively but it does take 8-12 weeks to see the results as hair grows at different stages and you need to use consistently so all stages are treated."
