I probably need a new telly!
I bought this for our old LG TV as its original remote had started to malfunction. The new remote is differently configured, which is OK, but the subtitles button gives me anything but subtitles. As per instructions, I have tried to get the old and new remotes to speak to each other, without success. Now, if I want to change subtitles, I press the appropriate button on the old remote, and use the scroll up/ down facility on the new one. I probably need a new telly!

Bought thi item approx 3 weeks ago as i needed a brand new replacement for my LG television. Thwe original 'went walkies' to use in a British Legion social club. The hand set is a perfect replacement - looking and feeling the same with complete functionality. Nearest store was only a ten minute drive away from our location. Therefore by the time I had ordered on line and payed I could collect directly. On arrival I showed the confirmation Email and ref no. to the counter staff and under 5 min later I was on my way out. Disappointed with tv remote
Bought this about 3 weeks ago impressed with reviews so I also took out the extra insurance. Unfortunately it did not work properly with my tv also the keys kept sticking. Returned it and received excellent help with refund for remote and insurance.
