The Harris 9" Essentials Walls & Ceilings Roller Frame on a Pole is ideal for painting large, hard to reach areas with emulsion paints. The pole extends from 1.3m to 2.2m, making it ideal for painting large areas quickly and efficiently. The roller sleeve is removable and can be replaced with the purchase of a replacement Harris sleeve, when required.

This wasn’t the most expensive option but it did the job well. I would recommend this if you’re not going to be using it all the time.

Great value
I’m sure there are better quality paint rollers for more money, but this more than met my needs. It is lightweight and makes easy work of high walls, so much better than my aged and broken long handled roller, which was so heavy I now wonder why I put up with it for so many years. Other reviewers have complained about not being able to find replacement rollers but they appear to be a standard fit, although I haven’t needed to swap it yet. Some reviewers have complained about the extender working loose, but as long as you fix it tight enough to start with it’s fine.

Rubbish, broke early on
Bought this to paint my ceiling. The pole broke within 10mins of using it, meaning it was unable to be adjusted in anyway and also wouldn't lock in place. Wouldn't purchase again and couldn't return for refund as it was covered in paint.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
This Harris Essentials 9 Inch Wall & Ceiling Roller Pole comes complete with the roller frame permanently attached to the long handled pole and cannot be removed.
The only part that can be removed and exchanged is the actual roller sleeve. This can be replaced with another 9 inch long roller sleeve which has a 1.5” diameter.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: To remove the roller sleeve from the frame you would have to pull the sleeve, it will be on fairly tight. Our rollers are push on pull off.
