- Press the Top key for three seconds to enter the time adjustment state.
- At the same time, the hour flashes, then press the top key to set the hour.
- The hold the top key for three seconds to set the minutes.
- Use the same method to set the hour, minute, second, month and date.
- Once complete, hold the top key for three seconds to save and exit.

To set the time, please press the top button on the right of the watch, then press the bottom button to enter the time display mode, this will begin to flash, press the top button to adjust the time.
You may press the bottom button to then skip over to minutes.
Press the bottom button five times to enter the 12/24-hour setting mode, then press the top button to select your preference.
