The Mach Air is a good vacuum at a very reasonable price from Argos. The "stretch" version has a separate hose to use for reaching ceilngs, which the standard Mach Air ("revive") does not have. The handle height isn't adjustable.

The waste bin would need to be removed from the hoover body and then the button to open the bottom will allow the waste to be put in a bag or dustbin.
