Fast SSD but a few difficulties
I bought this SSD just before Christmas and it has boosted my laptop noticably. It is also noticably quieter. Samsug Magician refused to clone my existing HDD onto the SSD, which wasted a lot of time. I ended up using Macrium Reflect in the end, which did exactly what Magician should have done. I went to the Samsung website to register the 5 year guarantee and was directed round in circles to no avail. Wasted an hour on that.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SSD Internal Hard Drive: The 870 EVO SSD was created to be used internally, directly attached to the motherboard of a laptop/PC.
Therefore, we cannot confirm if it will work/be detected when used via an adaptor/HUB. Even if it was initially working, we cannot confirm its long-term usage if connected externally to a tablet.
Hence, we suggest you use it internally on a PC/laptop

This doesn't come with any cables however on the manufactures website there is a data migration software that you can use to move all your data (including the operating system) to this drive. You would need an adapter connected to this drive to allow you to connect it to the computer to allow the old drive to migrate onto it.

Yes this will work and speed up the PS4 significantly. But you will have to copy the software from the old PS4 internal hard drive
