The versatile Lincoln flip top table converts from a small 4 seater square table to an 8 seater rectangular one in an instant. Designed in house and made from solid American oak and oak veneers, the table is great for families and a practical space saver. Our dining chair collection includes designs with oak legs that are the perfect complement to the Lincoln table and are available in a variety of colours.

Beautiful table
Beautiful table which looks much more expensive than it is. I was nervous about the folding mechanism but it seems very sturdy so far. It looks great when closed and when fully extended. Perfect for our family as we didn't want to spend too much on a table with a toddler around!

Very good looking table, relatively easy to assemble. Slight mark on on hidden part of one of the legs. Disappointingly there is a small degree of "play" in the top flap. It's fine when the table is extended but irritating when folded.

Versatile table.
Solid table that looks beautiful, it is versatile and exactly what was wanted. The legs do get in the way a little when it is extended,( 2 narrow small chairs (children) may squeeze between the legs.). However it is a small price to pay for its versatility. It is expensive and not half as heavy / solid as the table it replaced.tTis table will see us for years to come -as long as the hinges last.

The table top is made from oak veneer with a matt lacquered finish. We do not recommend applying varnish, as lacquer and varnish are chemically different and may not adhere properly. Doing so could also void the product warranty.

There are clips uder the edge of the table opposite the pull-out bars. Press the buttons on the sides of these and they will release the table top so it can be slid to the side. The hinge ends up in the middle. If you do not slide the table top, then it will be very unstable, but once the hinge is in the middle, I have to put most of my weight (maybe 40kg) on the edge of the table before it starts to tip

Each leg of the Lincoln Extending Oak 4 - 8 Seater Dining Table is fixed to the underside of the table top with two screws so disassembly is relatively easy for removal and transportation..
