Hello there,
The range will vary depending upon local conditions, particularly the height at which you have set up your aerial and any obstructions or interference which may exist between it and the transmitter.
This is intended largely for receiving local signals.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hello there,
Providing the TV has an aerial input and a version of freeview or equivalent you will be able to use this.
I hope this helps,
Thanks for using Q&A.
Got two of these in the loft, one for a TV in kitchen, another for bedroom TV.
Both work perfect, receive all channels and radio stations.
I am only 8 miles from Winter Hill transmitter - I am south east of Bolton and I can physically see the mast lit up on a clear night from bedroom window so I would say Id be classed as in a strong signal area.
Hi Teen
With regard to whether the Philex 32 Element Outdoor TV Aerial will work in the loft, there is no such thing as a “Loft Aerial”, there is only an aerial built to go outside which may work OK in a loft if the signal level in your area is sufficient. As there are no hard and fast rules, it is solely a matter of trial and error in this case.
Thanks for using Q&A
Description clearly says ok for loft use
