Tapo Indoor/Outdoor Camera Tapo C310 is a full-featured weatherproof security camera that you can access from anywhere. With 3MP high resolution, Tapo C310 delivers Ultra-High-Definition Video helping identification from far away. With up to 98 ft(30 m) detect motion Night Vision, you will never miss a thing day or night. You can also use crisp 2-way audio to greet the delivery person or the siren to scare away intruders.

Motion Detection and Activity Zones - Custom activity zones and notification will sent to your phone once motion is detected.
Wired or Wireless Networking- Connect your camera to the network through Ethernet or Wi-Fi for more flexible installation. An Ethernet cable slot provided for network connectivity, alongside DC power cable connector. Camera power input is via a 3 meter power cable supplied with UK 3 pin plug.
Two-way Audio with Built-in Siren - Use crisp 2-way audio to communicate with the delivery person at your front door or use the siren to scare away intruders.

Bought 2 of these cameras a month ago for my son's house. Simple installation and easy to follow instructions, app allows you to monitor front and back of the house giving realtime footage. No fees or subscription to pay just plug in and away you go. Fantastic.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tapo C310 2K Wi-Fi Outdoor Security Camera: While it is possible to use a power extension cord with your Tapo Smart Camera, we generally do not recommend it, especially for outdoor installations. Using an extension cord outdoors can increase the risk of lightning damage, which may void your product warranty.

You will need to do the below.
1. Insert the SD card and the playback will be stored locally to the SD card.
2. Subscribe to the Tapo Care service and the playback will be stored in the cloud.

Theoretically, the camera can work with a mobile hotspot Wi-Fi. However, we do not recommend configuring the camera to a mobile hotspot, as it may lead to instability and frequent disconnections, affecting its performance.
