Breaks easy
These hot plates works well for around a month and then the big plate stops heating up altogether. I have bought them at least three times now and this happens every time. Eventually the small plate also stops working but it takes longer. It's kind of slow in heating up but will get the job done if you're patient. The design is basic but the numbers on the dials don't come off at least when it gets cleaned, like other brands. The plates soon become rusty looking with use and the paint next to them on the main body peels off, making them look quite rough. Recommended for very occasional use only.

Nice compact little 2-ring stove
I bought the stove as our fitted 4-ring hob was awaiting repair and we needed something to boil/steam vegetables etc. It's relatively compact - which suited us as we don't have a lot of workspace in the kitchen - but it's quite a sturdy little stove. It took a short while to heat up - I'm not sure how that compares with other small non-induction stoves - but we got used to that and it served its purpose while our fitted hob was out of action. I've kept it in case we ever need a temporary solution again or to lend to someone else in a similar position. A good, affordable and useful little stove.

Very pleased
Bought this as a temporary solution until kitchen has been refurbished. For the price it has been brilliant, just what I needed. It takes a little while longer to heat up and cool down than I'm used to but it isn't a problem. I'm very pleased with it.
