The Cheriton Deluxe features the very latest in Optiflame technology providing a vibrant flame effect creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The classic black outer frame is complemented by the contemporary chrome finish to the frame and fret along with the real coal fuel bed. This freestanding fire is designed to sit neatly against a flat surface and can be operated from the comfort of your arm chair using the remote control. Adjust the flickering flame intensity, alternate or combine red and blue LED's to suit your mood.

I bought this fire to replace an older version. It is efficient and looks good in chrome. The flame effect is very good and I am very pleased I bought it.

Iv only used the flame effect so far as it’s not been cold enough yet to use the heating settings. It’s very quiet when using the flame effect so can’t comment on any noise or sounds coming from the heating. It looks great in my fire place which had a gas fire removed recently. Power cord could do with being maybe a metre longer to reach a power point as I had to buy an extension lead to connect it to. Made very well to say it’s mainly plastic. I wasn’t very happy about having to put your own coals in which Come in 2 bags,one was split so as you can imagine coal dust everywhere. I wasn’t aware you had to place it in yourself,a messy job but doable. Overall it looks and works good. Maybe a bit overpriced too I’d say it’s between £200-250 really based on the materials used to make it.
