Hard to use
I had a Black and Decker drill for years and it was very easy to use. Unfortunately that model no longer existed, and the chuck on the new model was very stiff and difficult to use . I returned it without using it so it may have been ok eventually but it wasn't worth my time to persevere. I bought a Bosch drill instead which is great.
