So far so good!
Having previously had three 'supermarket' milk frothers, none of which lasted for more than a year (and one which didn't work at all), I decided to go slightly 'upmarket' and buy a £50 product from a 'trusted' brand. Very glad I did - so far working brilliantly, excellent design, fewer 'fiddly bits' and a more pleasing and solid look about it.

Poor customer relations Argos
I bought this item and returned it unused - it has a non stick lining, of which i was unaware before purchase. The item is delivered from Melitta direct and returns go back the same way. Melitta were great and authorised a refund for the item almost immediately and responded to my emails quickly. Argos, on the other hand, took a month to process the return of funds.. which included several telephone calls, and a lot of unnecessary hassle. Makes me feel reluctant to buy further items.
