After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Energizer Vision HD+ LED 350 Lumen Head Torch Headlamp: ''With the Vision HD+ 350 there is only one button so a user would have to cycle through light modes to find the desired LEDs Red or White.
The other two Energizer Head torches in the Argos range have two buttons allowing the user to select a colour light mode without cycling through all of the light modes.

I got this torch as a present at Christmas. I use it all the time to take the dogs for a walk during the day. Its brightness is amazing during the day and visibily is crystal clear.

I am not sure i could answer the question of if it would be suitable how ever checking on the reviews customers who have purchased the Head Torch have said they have loved it and it is really bright some use if for running in the dark and have said it is really good.
