Pretty good
Bought this to enable me to compete in a 10K race which required this type of headphone only. Linked up easily to smartwatch and sits fairly comfortably when running.

Great for a run
Bought to use while running and these have been great sp far! Can chat to my running partner and hear traffic while running. Felt a bit weird to wear at first, almost like they were going to fall off but you get used to it and they are pretty stable. Only downside is they don't work with the Shokz app.

Really great for cycling
These are so much better than generic cheaper ones. The sound is clear and plenty loud enough, but your ears are still free to hear traffic noise and keep you alert to dangers. Comfortable to wear and a good long battery life.

Great headphones when you need to able to hear when out running or biking, I loves these and would recommend them. Only very small issue I found was that when trying to replay a song you have to click on the button three times to go back which is not as easy as it sounds when running.

I feel they will be too big. Shokz do the OpenRun Mini which is smaller - maybe worth a try. And I think Phillips do children’s bone conduction headphones.
