It features ultra-durable stone non stick coating that is 7 times stronger than standard coatings, allowing you to cook healthier low-oil meals with quality results. With a thick forged 3mm aluminium body, it circulates heat rapidly without hot spots which prevents your food from burning. The riveted steel handle provides a comfortable grip with more control when serving out portions. Oven safe and suitable for all hob types including induction.

A great pan. Easy to clean and maintain.
My previous griddle pan, a cheap Ikea one, lost its non-stick pretty quickly and was generally a pain to clean and use. This, on the other hand, has been a delight - it's easy to clean after and has maintained its non-stick qualities, despite me trying to burn food onto it at every opportunity. Recommended. Grill pans like this are large by nature so annoying to store - my previous pan had a fold-up handle, which was useful. Tower could consider something like that, or even a removable one.

Sorry for any confusion, the 50cm measurement is the length including the handle and the 28cm the width of the pan itself and the depth is 7.5cm.
