Excellent educational toy.
I bought it for my Granddaughter aged 8, she was absolutely fascinated with it, played with it for hours as did I.

Fascinating
Grandson really taken with this. Hours of fun for him, and then hours of 'fun' for me disentangling it. A portion of it also worked to discourage squirrels from climbing the birdfeeder pole.

Nearly didn’t find it on the app/website!
Bought for my grandson who had requested a slinky. That word didn’t appear anywhere in the listing, so I guess it’s trademarked and this product is not that brand so Argos can’t call it that. So searching for ‘slinky toy’ didn’t find it. Can’t they say ‘similar to a slinky’ or something like that? This one is a good weight and a decent size so it works well and the boy loves it.

Yes it does go down the stairs!
Bought for our 10 year old boy as a stocking filler. Far superior to those pointless plastic springs that seem to get destroyed in minutes. Yes you need to be a little careful with it, but the main requirement was, does it go down our stairs? YES IT DOES! We have a 1930's house with treads that are 240mm deep x 200mm high. I think I enjoyed this more than our boy!!! :)
